Vertical Three, LLC stands out from our competitors from a track record built on completing quality jobs and on time. Through arduous hiring and training processes, a strict quality control initiative, our team have become the “go-to-guys” to get a job done right – the first time. Providing a friendly and professional customer service relationship with our customers is vital in creating trust, a key component to securing future work. Our efforts will not just meet, but also surpass customer expectations.
Safety: “Safety is no accident” is our company mantra: there are no room for short cuts in this industry. A company mandate outlines strict protocol that all employees must follow to maintain that work-orders adhere to a level of safety and quality that is second to none. Most candidates who successfully become a team member are already certified with ComTrain, OSHA-10, RF Awareness and First-Aid, to name a few, but continue to receive additional training in safety programs and cross training on various work and safety skill sets dictated by industry standards and contractor requirements.
We mandate a Zero-Tolerance Policy: 100% Tie-Off 24/7. Period. Every climber we employ is trained as a certified climber/rescuer. "Safety is no accident"
Logistics and Customer Service: Providing transparent communication between Vertical Three LLC and our customers is an important step in the customer service process. Climbers, ground crews and management create “Closeouts”: Closeouts summarize the individual tasks that constitute a work-order. Closeouts may include photos, construction drawings and detailed notes describing the work that was performed; these portfolios serve as a detailed review of the work our crews perform on a daily basis. Most Closeout packages are completed as required per scope of work (SOW) issued by customers.
